About

Tisselday village

From Irocha there is a beautiful view of the village. Tisselday is located at an altitude of 1530 meters above sea level.

Due to the altitude and the proximity of the High Atlas, we enjoy a favorable climate in the summer that spares us from the extreme heat of the south.

The Ouarzazate region offers a dry and sunny climate throughout the year. However, in winter, the evenings are cold, so it's advisable to bring warm clothing.

IROCHA Guesthouse

IROCHA Guesthouse" is owned by Ahmed and his wife, Catherine. Along with their staff, they will ensure that you have a wonderful stay at Irocha. Ahmed is Berber and hails from the village of Tisselday. He spent his childhood in the mountains near the village, working in the fields and helping his grandfather with agricultural work. In his free time, he explored the mountains in search of minerals. After earning his degree in geology from the University of Agadir, he returned to the village. In the early 2000s, they began to build the IROCHA Guesthouse, step by step. This house is entirely natural, constructed from stone and rammed earth.
